In this project, the engineering firm presented an integrated vision for a modern kitchen that combines beauty and functionality. The design is characterized by clean lines and calm colors that enhance the sense of space and comfort, utilizing luxurious materials such as natural wood, marble, and polished metallic finishes. Storage units and appliances have been carefully distributed to provide the highest levels of efficiency and ease of movement, while concealed lighting and subtle design touches add a sophisticated character befitting modern homes. This kitchen is not just a space for cooking, but an integrated living experience reflecting refined taste and attention to detail. This vision does not stop at the kitchen boundaries; it extends to include the main villa entrance, designed to be a hallmark of luxury and grandeur. An iconic circular staircase with intricate artistic details sits at the heart of the space, seamlessly connecting the villa’s floors, while classical columns and high ceilings enhance the sense of grandeur. Natural light has been integrated with luxurious crystal chandeliers to create a visual scene that welcomes visitors in a contemporary regal style. As for the Home Theater, the firm has taken luxury to new dimensions; an immersive entertainment space was designed to combine advanced technology with ultimate comfort. The room features a thoughtful layout of plush seating with modern curves, alongside a "starry sky" lighting system on the ceilings and soft wall lighting (Linear Lighting) that creates an enchanting cinematic atmosphere. The design did not overlook the engineering aspect, as sound-insulating materials and wall treatments were used to ensure a high-quality audio-visual experience, transforming this space into a private sanctuary for entertainment and relaxation within the home.
The project was conceived as a dialogue between the client's aspirations and the inherent character of the space. Every material, finish, and proportion was considered in relation to the whole — resulting in an environment that feels both resolved and deeply personal.
